test e 12wks 500 mg
winstrol 6 wks 100mgs ed

or
deca 12 wks 600 mgs
winstrol 6 wks 100 mgs ed
t-bol 4 wks 60 mgs ed


eq 12 wks 600 mgs
winstrol 6 wks 100 mgs


or lastly
eq 600 mgs 12 wks
tren 400 mgs 8 wks

all i am trying to do is maintain all my mass while i diet. test actually makes me bloat a lot so thats why i though maybe deca or eq
 
never run deca or tren which are both nandrolone derivatives without test. use aifm or aromasin to eliminate bloat altogether. either run test and winny or run the eq and winny and i suggest some proviron or low dose of test with that, libido should be fine. tren and deca will kill your dick completely without test

so what kind of results will i see from eq and winny
 
i'm on eq tbol right now, very similar to winstrol without the joint pain. though i am done with tbol at this point. gautho is dead on. eq makes me eat like crazy thus that diet i posted which is a plus for me. that is why it can be a bulker or cutter.

Bruce what combo are you leaning toward. If you can absolutely master your diet and know how to deal with some water retention thru sodium manipulation I would say the test/winny combo. But that's just a personal preference thing, thru trial and error over the years i've mastered dieting and conditioning with test. If your a newbie I would consider another option, what u think bruce?
 
well you and i are too different beasts my friend you love your test. i have a lot of trouble coming off so i prefer the eq cycle for me. but for maintaining mass while he is diet abslolutely go with test winny. or if you are good with pct and haven't' crashed hard before test tren would be excellent because of trens ability to give gains while on a restricted calorie diet
 
yes. tren is always an option as i mentioned. very anti catabolic allowing lean mass gains while on low calories. can have some nasty sides though.

meal 1) 8 egg whites 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal 2) 8 oz lean ground beef, sweet potatoe
meal 3) 8 oz lean ground beef,3/4 cup brown rice, 1.5 cup broc
meal 4) 8 oz chicken breast 3/4 cup brown rice,1.5 cup broc
meal 5)8 oz ground turkey 1.5 broc
meal 6 8 oz fish,1.5 broc
meal 7) 8 oz fish 1.5 cup broc
.5 hr before bed shake

what do you think

Perfect. Now throw in some pizza and hamburgers in at the end of the day for added calories. If you start getting fat, then cut back on the junk. If you don't do this, you'll never know if you're getting enough calories or not. Note how I said eat the junk at the end of the day-meaning only after you've consumed your good calories for the day. Don't ever replace the good calories with junk. For me it's too difficult to choke down fish and broccoli for dinner after eating pizza for lunch.

man that sounds really good, but honestly bro, thats insane
 
i love this cycle, but as we both know i like a lean cut look. i'd like to be at 205 tops. i have to fit into a 42 long suit and keep the waist under 30 inches or i have to by a new comp card at my agency. mucho expensive. if you are looking for lean gains and some vascularity its great. the tbol gave me a bit of mass to start with some strenght. eq is just kicking in, there was a week after the tbol was done where the pumps were gone, but they are back. my last cycle was deca test and i crashed so hard i lost all and more. so now i stick to mild stuff, proviron and tbol skyrocket my libido and eq does not kill it so it works great. i hope to put on 10lbs, with the appetite its given me i think it might be possible.

i am adding anavar to this cycle at 100mg ed for the last 4 weeks and 2 weeks after the eq so i have it in me while the long esters clear. i'm going to run the eq 14 weeks and start var week 11-16. after the last var tab i will begin pct the next day, 500-1000ius of hcg 10 days straight. 20mg of nolva ed for 6 weeks 50mg clomid ed 3 weeks, aifm 2 sprays ed 3 weeks
