I've been thinking about opening up an Ice Cream Parlor. The location would be right in front of a diabetes clinic and behind an LA Weight Loss center!

Sounds like a perfect location..... I'll pass out coupons to the clients of both the above mentioned businesses!

God Damn It! Surely this is a fabulous idea and you wish you had thought of it? Imagine the business I'd get?! I might add a McDonalds as well.... Maybe have that Clown they have go over to the clinics and give out baloons?
