6'2 215 great diet i am currently takin 25 mg of dball for 5 weeks and 12 weeks with the test c 250mg running both at the same time of coarse was thinkin of bumping the test to 500mg after 5 weeks wat do you guys think about this , this would be my first cycle

I'll be the odd man out. Only bump it if u aint gaining enough with the 250. If ur diets point on u should be growing like a weed already. Why increase doses then? As I see it its a bit like putting money in the bank. The lower u can go and still accomplish ur goals the more room u got for upping when u need it at a later point. Too many peeps go straight from newb to nuclear running high doses of harsh compounds like tren on their second or third... Where will they go from there then?
 
im eaitin basically 5 times a day . wake up eat oatmeal with fruit or ill have cornpops 3 bowls there my favorite lol. then at 12 ill have a sandwich loaded up with meats and a protein bar or shack. 4 rolls by ill have somethin like steak,fish or beef with rice and a salad. go to the gym then protein shack wait a lil bit then about 9 ill have the left overs from the steak,fish or beef and have that with yogurt also pretty much the same everday maybe pasta will be thrown around or some sunday homecooked meals every now and then

you need to eat a better breakfast and also up your daily protein intake
 
Drop the cornpuffs or whatever the fuck cereal you are eating.. EMPTY CALORIES and WAY to much sugar....Stick with oatmeal..

its fine to pump to 500mg but if 250mg is working for you then stick with that...
what do you have on hand for ai's and what do you have on hand for pct??you did wait till you had all this stuff before you started right.
 
Yeh the only time I start mowin the cpt crunch is when im on cheat meal and im so fuckin hungry ill hammer down a stack of pancakes and like 3 bowls of that shit. fuck it. i dont do that all the time tho. how do you eat 5 times a day tho and intake the proper cals? i have quite a few meals a day and sometimes i cant even hit my calorie mark. i try to keep each meal balanced with protiens and carbs tho.

You need to eat more often. Lose the cereal, replace the sandwich with a real meal because bread is garbage(except for whole wheat occasionally) and limit the shakes to 1/day.
 
imop 250mg of test wont do much of anything. my rule when i started out and i still hold it to be true is 500mg should be the minimum in any cycle. 25mg of d-bol is a good start, id raise it to 35-40mg after week 2 but dont do shit if you do not have a PCT laid out for the end. and also id have some nolva on hand incase your nips start to get itchy.
