Just curious to see what everyones favorite compound exercise and everones favorite shaping exercises are for each bodypart. Which exercise for serious strength and what exercise to serious flush the muscle with blood?
 
Back:
Deadlifts, Heavy pulldowns

Chest:
Incline DB Press, Cable flys

Legs:
Leg press, Smith Squat

Biceps:
Barbell Curls

Triceps;
French Press
