what would you eat on CKD

I just did MR.X's CKD work sheet,

What sort of foods would you reccomend eating,
anyone have a sample diet?

CKD is more extreme than atkins. You limit your carbs to 20 grms a day for five days and then refeed carbs for two days. Keep your meals clean.

Mr X's worksheet gives you a lot of calories from fats.... be prepared to drink lots of flaxseed oil and cod liver oil. It only takes 10 table spoons of flaxseed oil to give you 1130 calories thats 2 tablespoons 5x per day.
