...for the next hypothetical cycle, if you were currently at 210 pounds and 9% bodyfat??

Are you just asking for others opinions, or are you asking to try and decide what you want to do? How tall are you?

Personally, I'd bulk up to about 225-230lbs. Right now I'm at 230lbs and I'm about to bulk up more. Then in the "early" spring I'll cut up.

Depends how tall you are. If you are 5'9'' like myself, another 10lbs sounds good. But if you are 6'4'' then you will need to bulk up. But i hate high BF% so i would probably stick to the 10lbs.

I am torn between the options. I will do one of the above, but wanted to get more opinions on it. I am a shade under 6'2", but have a very small skeletal structure - wrists are 6.5 inches, so I look 15 pounds heavier than I really am. That avatar is me at 218.

I always go for the middleman. Get the best muscle gain, while keeping off body fat. I can't "bulk" then "cut". I'd rather gain 6-10 lbs a cycle that I keep lean on, rather than gain 24 and lose 10. Sure you gain more muscle... but I'm just not into that rollercoaster ride.

Besides, with wrestling I have to look good year round.

I agree with Big Brother Val, something right in the middle. Unless your going to do a show, no reason to stay really lean. Plus your body can't grow without the calories. But I know you already know that!! But keep us posted on your decision. You look great in your Avatar. Keep up the good work.

That's what I'm shootin' for, Corndogg... or is it spelled Corndawg?...

Anyway... 20 more lbs. I'd rather do it over the period of a year, with a few 8 lb cycles, than one 25 lb cycle that'll bloat you up, then when you lean down you have to do another cycle anyway to reach the 20 lb. goal.

Keep us informed on your decision.

Gonna go with Test/Fina/Winny/Anavar to get some quality gains.

go for the size

I am at the same size you are, weight and bf and ill tell ya what its freezing outside and any bf would help right now, im going to do a fina/ test/eq or winny cycle starting dec 10 and dont care how fat I get as long I put on 15-25 solid pounds of muscle.

Bulk it Up Bro, it's winter at least where i live, so the bigger you are the better you look in a sweater, but come february or march the fat has to go, and it's time for a diet. GOOD LUCK.

I'm 5'11" with a similar structure. I admit I'd rather not get porky this winter. Last year I found myself huffing to run for the train.
