I got a friend of the family who has a condo on the strip in South Beach. He is going to let me have it for free the entire week in april. How should I work it out with my 3 friends that are going. They offered to pay for my flight. Thats enough right? ...my one cheap fuck of a friend already said "dude, your not going to include me in any of that compensation shit right?"..lol

Work up a contract with all the points the way you want them. Include damage, sleep overs, compensation ... the whole package. Keep it fair and reasonable.

Have them sign.

Should have owner's approval.

lol..should i get a lawyer. I would laugh in any friends face who wanted me to sign that kinda contract for a vacation .
