It's a risk you have to take in this arena. If you did it in good faith thinking the source was still good then you should feel no guilt. [But you (and your friend) should also do plenty of source checks just in case...]

Did you do it on purpose? If not, it's not your fault. Online sources are risky business. If you're not in a postition where you could throw your money away and not miss it - don't send it away!

that is why i always use a qualifier of "this shit may not come" if we order together.....or "this guy could fuck you, or customs could fuck you, order at your own risk". then you cover your conscience you see? but if you directed him to someone who you never used before, you should feel a bit guilty.
