What would b better for pct?

I am running 45 Mgs of dbol Ed for 4 weeks and 600 Mgs a week of t400 for Twelve weeks.

I have nolva for pct. but is there something better then nolva? I have been reading a lot of negative feedback lately using it as a pct.
