Ok so this guy I work with is about 6'2" and around 280lbs or so (or that's what he says).
He's probably around 35-40% bf but has been working out for the last month or so. He is from texas and has a frat brother who can get him some gear. He is set on using some Eq and test.
I have been trying to tell him not to, but he does not seem to want to listen.
There are a number of things he is doing wrong like no plants for PCT, only planning on doing it for 5 weeks or so and I don't think he realizes how badly he needs to adjust his diet.
ALL OF THAT ASIDE:
how would someone who does it the right way (diet, cycle, pct, workouts, etc) but at the wrong stage (6'2" 280lbs with 40% bf) react to a test/eq stack for 10-12 weeks with proper PCT.
What could he expect?
Let's leave aside the fact that he really should get his bf down and train for a few years first.
