What will i see?

Here it is 500 test e 2 x a week 10 weeks, 50 mg D-bol everyday 30 days, 6 weeks winn ( not sure mg right now) just wondering what i can expect to gain. Im 160, 5'8 and 10%. And what will i keep if i do hard PCT and good diet.
 
Do you mean 500mg twice a week, or bi-weekly injections totaling 500mgs? If this is your first cycle do test only. How long have you been training and what is your age?

By the way, there is no way to tell how much you will gain or keep. Just know that good PCT can make or break you.
 
so a gram a week for 10 weeks? or 500mg a week?

then i see you losing all but 10lbs :D and keeping a little gyno to boot.
 
oh shit sorry i started 9th grade at 85 lbs then i was 119 junior year in high school this is while training to get bigger senior year i was 140 then fresh year at college 160lbs. Bench 225 max dead 365. (all natural) I hit my max weight and havent gained anything while training hard 5 days a week in a year just got more cut. And my dad started me lifting at 15 im 20 now and yeah first cycle. and 20mgs of Nov a day from fist day and while PCT also clomid on PCT.

umm. you didnt answer everyones question about the dose. is it 500mg/wk or 1g/wk, because thats a big fucking diference.
 
but to answer you Q....if this is your 1st cycle id expect to put somewhere around 20lbs on .....possibly more if you run 50mgs dbol....bloat will be a bitch tho
 
go with the 500mg/wk of test. start the dbol at 30mg/day. you can increase if you feel the need to but wait at least a week or two. if you want to run the winny run it at the end.
