What whey do you use post workout

Do you use a standard whey or an isolate?
also does it need to be rich in bcaa's? (i thought all whey protein was rich in BCAAs can someone please confirm this?)
 
I generally use an isolate but I doubt it will make any significant difference to go with a whey concentrate. I am also under the impression that anything derived from whey ought to have BCAA's. My theory is that as long as you're getting some kind of protein that is easily absorbed you'll be on the right track.
 
I use concentrate, but only because I'm a dirt-poor student. If I could, I'd go with isolate in a heart-beat.

I agree with Stryc,

just add sum glutamine to the post workout shake also... most abundant amino acid found in the skeletal muscle
