i thought i did everything to the book...
heavy legs workout then 3x 100mg r-ala followed by protein shake w 30g protein powder, skim milk, oats, strawberries.
about 40mins later i couldnt stay awake in my lecture..i felt sick. I came home and had a bowl of mince beef and vegies. I feel heaps better now.
what should I have done to avoid that again?
