Hey 1abBIG...you only did 6 weeks of it?? only 250mg a week?? I'm going on my 4th week, first 2 weeks was 250 then I up't it to 500, the only thing I see is my balls shrinking?? What am I doing wrong. I take in about 5 meals a day, mostly chicken and turkey. I take 1g of protein per lb. so that's about 4 shakes a day, sometime 5. I work out pretty hard.
