Incline db's - worked up to 90's for 10 reps
Incline Press Machine - 280 for 9
Cable crossovers 90 for 10
Flat machine Press 190 for 15
Incline flyes 30's for 12
 
I did chest and bi's.

flat fly, incline fly, decline hammerstrength, flat dumbys.
then bar curl, isolations, and incline bench curls.

thats it. Sore already.

I always get like that during Fall & Winter

I did nothing but deadlifts. I was gonna throw in some BB rows or chest-supported t-bar rows, but after two warmups and three work sets of deads, I just wanted to leave.
