dont forget, they had very little supplements if any in those days...food wasnt processed, if they wanted meat they would go to the butchers and get a load of beef real cheap, or a load of quality fish from fish market, bread was quality aswell, rice was even cheaper than it is now...they just had 6 meals of real food every day without all this supplement crap and meal replacement powders...all the food they ate was full of vitimins... when you see pics of arnold in 1974 he had been training for almost 10 years, 10 years with 6 meals a day of quality, good genetics and on gear almost all year round gave him his physique...as for the low dosages im not so sure about that, arnold trained flipping hard, 6 times a week ussually in a split system way...same as franco and they were the best.
