how was your 4th....I was on the beach from 9:30 am to 8pm....@ a keggar/ BBQ party.....I'm a sunburnt MF.
 
how come i never go to parties for canada day? ohhhh yeah... no one has any heehee :D

I spent 5 hours at work. And then, i lost my ID so I couldn't go clubbing:(

Yea 4th was great. A friend of mine had a party on Tuesday night. I hooked up/w this 17year old hottie :p

Yesterday another friend had a BBQ party all day and night. I got home at 3:00 am. I really don't want to be at work today.

yeap, been there, done that....it really sux. You're all dressed and ready to tear the club up, then you forget your ID.....but now, most of the clubs already know me, so they don't card me, and I get in free.

Don't forget he doesn't lift legs very much either...... Big Buck got it goin on to be able to do that.......Might have something to do with the age thing....Hell I have a hard time staying up past 12:00 any more LMAO

I had a cook-out-hot-tub-a-thon and I down a 1.75 pound steak!!! It was soooooo goooooodddd!!!! I got a bj too!!! God Bless America!!!

Whats goin on Buck. You're setting yourself up for a smart ass remark for saying you play catcher. I play 1st, 3rd, and SS. If ya got nothing to do, check out my post on what to ask the recruiter. I'm meeting w/ him at 3:30 so I have until then to write down my questions and concerns. Lata playa.:fro:

I don't have his symmetry, muscle maturity, or that low of bodyfat. He's prolly 270-275 in the offseason. If I was to get into contest shape...I'd be about 215-220.

As for the Bucky the Catcher...Hmmmm? Well actually I won't joke about that. I play 1st Base and have season going right now. Much respect to anyone that will wear the "tools of ignorance". If I tried that my knees would explode.

I would assume that you wear knee savers on both calves...if not try them.

Have you noticed a difference in playing when you bulked up. I notice that I haven't lost any agility. I can still get to the ball in the whole...just hit the ground harder when I dive. I have no problem stretching...and I can ALWAYS "pick it". Of course I have lost a step or two running...but I aint paid to run;)
 
long distance running suffers....sprinting still outstanding.....lose a little agility.....when I bulk. I always aim for the fence. :)

What's up BB. Went to gym at about 11:30 there till
abot 2:00. Spent the rest of the day relaxing.

LMAO I tried to reply right after the post about Buck being a catcher and wearing "the tools of ignorance" Good to see someone else knows that line....... we also used to call our catchers garbage cans with a mitt. But much luv for all my catcher....well most of them.....there were a few that I would handcuff the fuck out of with my sinker.:D
