alrite guys, i am currently using lipoflame, work out 4,5 times a week with light heavy weights (could lift approximately 15 more pounds with each exercise to max out - 3 sets each exercise of 15,12,10 reps.) i do cardio after workout everytime, around 20 minutes.

i am trying to lose a little fat but maintain my muscle. is there anything else i could stack lipoflame with? i dont neccesserally want to get bigger so amplify02 is out of the question i guess. i just want to lose a little fat but get muscles fuller or at least not lose as much muscle, just fat :D.

any suggestions?

How old are you
what % BF are you
how much do you weigh
Whats your diet like (how many meals, how much protein/carbs/fat)
supplements besides besides lipo? (multis? etc?)
what cardio do you do?

i am 21 years old, 6'3 around 194 pounds. do not use anything besides lipoflame, cardio is usually treadmill for 20 mins after every workout, sometimes switch it up with bike.

Meals are somewhat limited due to the fact that I live on a University campus with somewhat of a tight schedule so I cant really prepare every meal. Usually fruits for breakfast, chicken or turkey with rice lunch salad and fruits again for dinner. plus the usual couple egg whites for lunch.

I dont really know my body fat % right now but it should not be too high. I am mostly looking to lose some fat on my abs and maintaining the muscle i have on the rest of the body.

would cytosport's muscle milk be reasonable to stack with lipoflame considering i dont really have time to prepare meals for myself all the time too?

thanks for help

have eggs for bfast and try and get heaps of red meat in for dinner, no carbs before bed, that would be a start bro. are you using a protein shake immediatly after you finish training?

nope not using any sorts of supplement besides lipoflame so no protein shake, thats why i thought about using muscle milk with lipoflame...?

it wouldnt hurt to have a muscle milk shake immediatly after you finish training but your diet is the key mate

I would start manipulating your carbs intake slowly and gradually

just remember to replace any carb you subtract with protein.

You cardio looks good as does your supplementation.

thanks so far. lipoflame does a good job in burning fat but gets me pumps as well so thumbs up omega,

what would be a good source of bcaa's since i am not so familiar with that kind
