i already have eq on the way, but is there anything over the counter or at gnc that increases appetite... my contest diet is killin me i'm havin to eat so much... thannks in advance...

sea kelp, increases your iodine intake. i heard that it increases appetite.

of course, spiking your insulin would make you ravenous, but that would be sabotage to a contest diet i suppose. so sugars are out.
