I think with whomever wrote the post about B6 was going was with... well B6 is a rate controlling co-enzyme in synthesis of dompamine which inhibits prolactin. zinc and magnesium are as well, and tyrosine is what it's actually synthesized from...
If I were going to experiment on myself...
I'd probably start with dosages of...
l-tyrosine 2500mg/day on empty stomach first thing in morning.
B6 400mg/day
Magnesium 300 mg/3 times day
Zinc 40mg/day
I don't recommend this in place of other drugs proven to work, but there does need to be more testing with natural methods.. much easier and probably cheaper.. if anyone is experiencing problems and wants to give this a try... go ahead.. and report results..
