What to take b4 intense workout?

Hey guys I play college baseball and right now my goal is to cut some weight but still get stronger. So basically lose some body fat. I was wondering if I could start supplementing anything befroe our baseball workouts. They are pretty intense. Alot of movement not much rest and the conditioning at the end is pretty horrible. Any ideas on some good stuff that will help with the process of cutting weight and getting stronger?
 
Or simpler yet - have a cup of coffee half an hour before your workout... and get a good thermo supplement (DymaBurn is an example)
