I have 8 t.e. (planning on 1/wk for 8 weeks) and I'm wondering what would go best with it for a good mass cycle for a beginner?

Age: 33
Lifting 8 years
5'10" / 230 low bodyfat (slightly visible abs, no gut, all around definition I would rate "good")
Benching 365# Dealifting 495# Squatting 600#
Looking to add 20 pounds then cut down to a SOLID 220
Diet is solid, cook my own meals to bring to work, etc. High protein plus ISOPURE and Designer Whey as well as Gaspari SizeOn
The Test E is 250mg and I can get more anytime.
Is 250/wk for 8 weeks enough?
Some say 10 weeks is better and at 500mg at my size but I'm trying to see how I react to it before I go up anymore.
I considered deca but the question is: The whole time or just certain weeks?
I've heard mixed reviews on Dbol mainly about adding a lot of excess bloat but how much of the gains can I plan on keeping after the water sheds? Less than 30% ?
