What to mix with tuna?

Semen when produced in suffucient quantities provides a creamy texture as well as high protein content with a taste that goes well with fishy things.

Actually, semen has very little protein despite what people like to claim. Although if, by "sufficient quantities" you mean saving up a couple weeks worth of ejaculations, then you'd be getting somewhere. But maintaining that creamy texture might be a little difficult.

This is a subject that's been covered a few times.

You can try a variety of things. Salsa, Cream of Mushroom soup, Non-fat Mayo (anyone who eats mayo is a sick bastard, haha), etc.

Also remember that tuna does not have to be eaten alone. You could conceivably throw it in a salad, casserole, etc.

SHHHHHH! You're ruining my part of my rationale for getting those fitness bunnies to service me orally!

I guess semen works for you because you get a few different guys daily to sample from.

a little chopped onion and/or a slice of cheese is great on tuna to break from the DULLNESSS of it. The canned salmon is a nice change too.

Thanks to everyone for the help. I've been on these boards for about 3 years, posting for about 2 and this is the first ignorant bitch that I've encountered, Unfortunately people get brave when they hide behind computers, little do they know who they are talking to.

My post workout meal always cosists of two cans of tuna, drained, and I toss in some fat-free ranch dressing and go to town..

It's not that bad... when I'm done working out I can usually eat a house... and that holds me off until I can cook some dinner.

Sounds good to me... you have a number of options though- it all depends on what you do and don't like though:D

If you don't mind adding some fat to your diet, you can try mixing tuna with some olive oil. It tastes almost good that way and is less dry. I've tried mixing it with Flax Oil, but it tasted like crap. Olive oil might not be as good as flax, but it does have alot of monounsaturated fats, which are supposed to be very healthy.
