What to expect from Winny/Var or Winny alone?

Hey bros,

I'm heading out for this training course that will last 4 months...it will require a lot of running...at least 3 to 5 miles ED...5 days a week. I need to keep my run time down...so I don't want to bulk up while i'm there...but I do want to maintain some strength...and cut up a little more during the course. I want to run Winny alone for about 7 weeks...ranging from 75 to 100mg ED (orals). You guys think I should add a little Var in there as well? Anybody have any good results from runnin Winny alone?

Var would be better


Winny might give you too harsh of pumps and u will not beable to run

Var diced me up hard as hell and is easier on sides

How long were you running your Var for? Yeah...I agree with the winny....right now i'm coming off a winny/fina cutter...and the pumps I get in my back after starting the winny has kept me from running....hhmm..2 so far for the Var...anyone else?
 
winny is way too hard on joints....it depletes a certiain fluid from them....running on winny alone would kill you...you need deca to run (use) winny....opt for the var...im not a big advocate of running lite (AAS) orals alone...but thats my personal opinion, unless you are tapering off, which is another issue..
 
i love what winny did for my muscles, but i will never touch it again, it cripples the joints. var strengthens the tendons and joints. you can expect to harden up get great strength gains with var but nothing dramatic as far as mass gain. i am on tbol and i reccomend that if you want to run a quick 4 weeker and put on 10lbs of lean mass and have strength gains like i have never had. kicked in by day 6 man
