What to expect from deca 300 only!

I've got some friends who are about to start taking deca 300. Nothing else just deca. 300mg a week. Now I dont claim to be an expert but the months I've spent on these boards, I feel that I have gotten educated in A.S. I've got a lot to learn but I know a hell of a lot more than I did before I "met" all you guys. Anyway heres my question, they dont want to listen to me when I try and get them to do a little research on their deca only cycles so I gave up. What can I expect their results to be.

if they are eating a good amount. high protein high calories they can gain 15-20 pounds on an 10 week cycle of this. it all depends though because everyone is different and reacts to roids differently. i personally do not recommend deca only cycles. "deca dick" is no fun
