what to eat

bros looking for some help with the diet. i need some examples of some good nutritional meal combos. what kind of meals do you eat? looking for some new ideas. thanks
 
My daily menu isnt exactly easy on the checkbook but it has been very effective in the past few years.

18 egg whites w/ 3 yolks (scrammbled)
300 calories of oats

2 cans tuna
2 baked potatos

10-12 oz. red meat
2 baked potatos

10-12 oz. chicken
2 baked potatos

Post workout:
18 oz. apple juice
12 egg whites
1 1/2 cups oats
1 bananna
(put in a blender and drink. actually tastes good!)

10-12 oz. red meat
2 baked potatos

it is a very boring and plain diet but I have yet to find a better one for getting big but not fat
 
there are a lot of good diets.. it all depends on what you can "deal with"

low carb diets work the best and quickest but are tough for many people to follow!
