What to eat for breakfast

my girl doesn't like eggs or oatmeal. What do you think of yougurt..
here is her diet so far...please critique

8:30am ????????YOGURT???????

12:00pm .5 cup brown rice 6oz chicken breast

3:00pm 1/8 cup almonds

5:45pm 6oz chicken breast

8:30-9pm Tilapia filet w/side of broc

obvisouly this would vary but this is what she's going for..shes about 130lbs 5'8" 25 years old. She is looking to drop some BF Maybe 5% 4 days a week cardio 4 days a week lifting. We also have anpb....where should I throw that and how much??
 
She could put a scoop of protein powder in her yogurt, my wife does that quite a bit. Jebus, what is that, 1000 calories? She should probably throu some flax oil in there.
 
does she like cottage cheese? yogurt blows....ditch it. too many sugars in there! and jnevin is right...that's not alot of calories at all. she needs to eat a little more i would say around 1500 cals at least...throw in the anpb right before bedtime. alot of people can;t eat first thing in the am like me....so i usually have a shake. but i just started eating cottage cheese w/ pineapple for breakfast...forcing it down
 
she can't eat first thing...830 is like an hour and a half after she wakes up. She hates cottage cheese..the yogurt is sugar free. Any more suggestions?

10:am 1 tablespoon anpb

Eating the above listed is actually more than she eats normally...she eats about twice a day...and sometimes will pick on something.
 
why can't she eat frst thing? your body is starving when you first wake up...not eating for an hour and a half after you wake is not good at all
 
well for an hour and half her body is going to feed on her muscles for energy...your body gets used to a routine...if she starts eatin something when she first wakes up she'll eventually get used to it. can she put down a shake at least???
 
she is so picky when it comes to eating, especially protein shakes. She thinks they are the worst thing. I have ready made chocolate whey shakes maybe shell try but I dont know.....What do you think of the update to the diet plan.
 
Go to www.biprousa.com - she will change her mind forever on shakes....well at least i did.......get the unflavored whey protein isolate......its completely tasteless.....its banging with stevia powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, and milk.


My mom is exactly the same way as your girlfriend. Eats twice a day, too naucious to eat in the morning, and picky about what she eats. She hates oatmeal. She loves tilapia and chicken breast. I tried to put her on a diet. She didn't follow it. My aunt did and lost like 5 pounds in 2 weeks.
 
You need get her to go to the women's forum.

Look, at 5'8" and 130 lbs., she doesn't need to lose a pound, she needs to gain lean mass.

Get her to focus more on the lifting, she doesn't need all that cardio. Trust me, you get that girl shoving heavy iron, she'll get hungry. She'll wake up and be tearing into the kitchen.

For now, get a good, totally unflavored whey isolate. Use a blender or a stick blender and whip a scoop of unflavored whey into a cold glass of milk or juice, anybody can knock that back. IMO, the flavored/sweetened protein powders taste like absolute ass.
 
thanks for the advice...she is actually weighing in at 142lbs and is 5'6 1/2" She looks great to me but she has a soft lower stomach it actually looks nice but she doesn't like it...
