Looking for some opinions on this.

Gainer Shake
16 oz Natural Low Fat Yogurt
50g of Oats

1 Cup Sweet Potato
5 oz Lean Mince Beef
½ Cup Veggies
1 Scoop of Whey Protein
1 whole egg
2 Scoops of Whey Protein
1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed oil
50g of Mixed Nuts
height 6'
bf 15%
starting weight 193 lbs
current weight ( 18 days into cycle ) 207 lbs
This is the middle of week 3 and i'm up 14 lbs


But hang on!
obviously alot of the gains are water weight ,which doesnt bother me too much but i am thinking the bf is rising way too quick here .
All my lifts are up and i'm feeling strong , but at home and work i'm feeling lethargic and lazy as shit.
Appetite dropped off and i got sloppy with my diet... Junk food became a quick fix to keep calories high .
I was bull shitting myself with the old " protein is protein story " big macs,double quarter pounders with cheese ,XL pizzas you name it,sub-way and all that type of shit .i was having one cheat meal a day.
Am thinking cardio 5 times a week and obviously get back to eating super clean .( got some good advice from joe on this )
i'd rather keep bulking but i guess eating a calorie deficit is the way forward at the moment untill i tidy this shit up.?
