Looking for some opinions on this.

1-4 dbol 30mg

diet
50g of Oats
2 Scoops of Whey Protein
Banana

4 Whole Eggs
1 Scoop Whey Protein
berries

100g of Whole wheat Pasta
Breast of Chicken
Apple
1 Scoop of Whey Protein

WORKOUT
Gainer Shake

16 oz Natural Low Fat Yogurt
50g of Oats
berries
1 Scoop of Whey Protein
1 whole egg

1 Cup Sweet Potato
5 oz Lean Mince Beef
½ Cup Veggies
1 Scoop of Whey Protein
1 whole egg

2 Scoops of Whey Protein
1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed oil
50g of Mixed Nuts

height 6'
bf 15%
starting weight 193 lbs
current weight ( 18 days into cycle ) 207 lbs

This is the middle of week 3 and i'm up 14 lbs :arty::elephant::beer:

But hang on!
obviously alot of the gains are water weight ,which doesnt bother me too much but i am thinking the bf is rising way too quick here .:(

All my lifts are up and i'm feeling strong , but at home and work i'm feeling lethargic and lazy as shit.

Appetite dropped off and i got sloppy with my diet... Junk food became a quick fix to keep calories high .
I was bull shitting myself with the old " protein is protein story " big macs,double quarter pounders with cheese ,XL pizzas you name it,sub-way and all that type of shit .i was having one cheat meal a day.

Am thinking cardio 5 times a week and obviously get back to eating super clean .( got some good advice from joe on this )

i'd rather keep bulking but i guess eating a calorie deficit is the way forward at the moment untill i tidy this shit up.?

clean the diet up and drop in some need2slin and gear bro. You can go a little lower on the cals and lose 0 muscle when doing this trust me just ask anyone around. :heart:

Am already taking them Needto..

2 caps of needtoslin 3 times a day
gear 4 caps pre and 4 caps post workout
 
Well first of all what are your goals for this cycle?

My goal was to bulk..pure and simple.
I was expecting bf to go up and introducing shit to my diet made that happen all too quick !

I still want to put on as much size as possible on this run.
 
hey bro,i would cut the weight gainer shake out,and like 1 or 2 whey protein shakes,and if ur still hungry grub down on just more chicken or veggis,and that should help alot,i know thats alot of calories in those weight gainers
 
The cytogainer is only 570 cals ( 75 carb ,55 pro ) which isnt as loaded as some of the 1200 cal monster shakes out there.
 
The cycle looks good to me...I don't like Cytogainer or any weightgainers but that's just me..
