what to do

try searching bro. You can't expect people to answer a question like this for you.

We don't know anything about you...you could be a 10 year old kid, which I would say not to cycle it at all. You could also have run 10 cycles before, and I would suggest high doses. So either do some research or give us more info.
 
i posted a thread before. I'm 5'8" 170lbs. i have done one cycle of just d-bol a few years ago with o.k. results (went from 135 to 150). i've been lifting for on and off for about seven years. my gains have leveled off though and i wanted to try another cycle. i have deca and d-bol, all i want is some suggestions on how to cycle for best results.
 
test @ 200mg week for 10 weeks
deca @ 300mg week for 10 weeks
dbol @ 25 mg for first 4 wweeks

for post cycle therapy use nolva at 40mg for 2weeks, and then drop it to 20mg for another to weeks.

***it looks like you need to do more research though, gotta make the most of your drugs.

the deca i have is 250mg/ml and the d-bol is 10mg. is it better to do the same dose of deca throughout the cycle or to increase then decrease towards the end? has anyone ever heard of orbit labs? is their stuff any good?

so run the deca @ 250mg/week and run dbol at 30mg a day. split it into 3 doses. breakfast lunch supper.

orbits stuff is good, haven't heard any negative feedback on it yet.

and its better to keep your doses the same throughout the cycle rather than to taper.

should be ten weeks long. deca and test take a good 3-4 weeks to kick in. 8 weeks is a waste. 10 weeks is perfect.

2 weeks after your last shot of gear i would run the follwing:

Nolva @ 40mg for day 1-14
Nolva @ 20mg for day 15-28

i would also throw in some avena satvia, zinc, and creatine.

yeah it will work, but its got more sides than nolva. acne, extreme moodiness, and blury vision are all common sides.

nolva also is quite good on the lipid profile, and mg per mg is stronger than clomid so you can take less.

thats why i choose nolva.

if you do use clomid, use it like this:
day1: 300mg
day2-12: 100mg
day 12-28: 50mg
