What to do..

I consider my self a pretty honest guy, especially when I compare myself to scum like this.

This is what occurred to me on my way to work one morning. I have my left indicator to merge onto the left lane, and while at a full stop behind traffic, I looked onto the left lane at a guy on a Van who signals me to go ahead of him, and as I merge, this mother fucker accelerated and side swiped my car.

Anyhow, I seriously wanted to kick this guy’s ass, but we all know this would only make matters worst (Since I'm already assuming his actions were intentional). However, can you believe I just received a letter form the insurance company stating that this guy is claiming bodily injuries??

My thoughts are to allow the insurance company settle the matter, hoping they can see through this thick sheet of BS.

My question to anyone is, what would you do? I feel pretty hopeless, I know this guy is all BS.

Thats a little difficult, considering this occured three weeks ago, and I was the one given the ticket(blame). But it's very tempting, I havn't even thought of that. I guess I was hoping for some type of honest satisfaction.
