ummmm i don't know if this is a joke thread or what, but if you are serious . . . .
You eat dbol. If you want to get fancy, you can use PEG300 (peg is polyethyleneglycol, a food additive, for example used in jolly ranchers). More commonly, you use liquor. Everclear works well. So does Bicardi 151 (my favorite), but you want something almost pure ethanol, at least 150 proof (=75%+ alcohol). I prefer Bicardi because it's very tasty and goes as high as 50-100mg/ml. PEG is 30-40mg/ml tops, and has no flavor, which is gross. But some people (muslims and mormons, e.g.) can't even use alcohol medicinally, so they need alternatives. I like a stiff cocktail, so bicardi's my fav, in fact, a shot of dbol/bicardi is one kick-ass man drink.
You don't need some fancy recipe. You do need a scale accurate to a tenth of a gram, and a chemistry beaker. Let's say you want to make a 50mg/ml dbol solution, 50 ml of it. You need 2.5 grams of dbol. Put that in the beaker. Then add bicardi until the total volume is 50ml. Stir about one minute until clear. That's it. Then put your solution in a little glass bottle, with a glass dropper. One full dropper with my bottle is one ml, or 50mg of dbol. You're good to go.
