what to do when sick on a cycle

i started my cycle of winny, and my 4th week into it, i fucking get a horrible cold..stil kept taking regular dossage, but wasn't able to do cardio or go to gym for 5 days...what do i do in a case when you get sick...i was doing a great low carb diet but i sent it to hell cause i felt so weak and bad that i felt i needed some kinda carbs to boost imune system....im still sick but feeling better and going to gym starting monday no matter what...any suggestions for when you get sick on a cycle?:fro:
 
I would continue the cycle as planned and get back in the gym as soon as possible, and try to keep my diet on. You will probably only be sick for no more than a week, so why throw away the rest of your cycle? But don't get back into the gym before you are fully over your cold, as your immune systm will be down, making it real easy to overtrain.
 
I hardly ever get sick. But when I do I suck it up and ride it out. Not going to waste any time when on a cycle. Unless of course if you're deathly ill... :die: :arrow: :sick:
 
When I am sick on or off a cycle I try to get rest and keep down as much as I can, I find I drink alot of weight gainer shakes while im sick to get in all the cals.

str8cubano, if you are really sick when on a cycle, take time to rest. If you can go to the gym when sick and still train like you can on your normal workout when your are healthy, then hit the gym. But if you feel like you may pass out when you are trying to lift heavy, then why even be there. Your body needs time to rest. If you are hard on your body when you are ill, it is going to take you longer to get back to normal health. Like me this week. I just got back from Cancun and got sick. I had a fever, sore throat, coughs, really bad cold that would not go away. Well, it was also the first week of my cycle. Thus, I forced myself to give all I got in the gym this week. I did not have the energy that I would have had if I was healthy. But I did have enough to have good workouts. If I do not have enough energy to train hard at the gym, then I will be in bed resting. Feel better buddy.

Take Ibuprofen every few hours and train through it bro and eat & drink a ton of water and get to bed afterward you will make it we all do.
