I've been lifting for 2 yrs now and I think I hit a plateau a long time ago...nothing else seems to be working for me. I would like to get more muscle mass and was wondering if starting a cycle of something would get the results I want. I'm in really good shape now but just isn't what I want...not satisfied with my body yet. I'm 34, 190lbs, 6' tall...don't know if that helps anyone out. I've never taken anything(if you know what I mean) before and was wondering if that is the way to go. If anyone can help me out...It would be awsume!
