my freind recently ordered sum ketamine and other percription drugs, xxannex, to his po box in the USA. if customs found that comming to the usa, what would they do and can they do a controlled delervery on a po box?? what saftey percautions should he take in order not to get busted. and if they do decide to bust him, should he just say he has no clue what it is?

A controlled delivery to a PO Box is possible, however it does take some doing and they have to work it out with the Post Office. It'd probably be best if he ordered to a business address at his PO Box. Like if his name was John Smith, say "Smith Industries". Even if the fedz were hip to this technique, there are so many businesses in the US that they cant keep tabs on em all. Remember, in the good ol US of the izzA, they have to prove BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT that you committed a crime. If he ordered to a business name, then got the package, wrote "RETURN TO SENDER" on the package, chilled a few days before opening it, and the feds kick in his door, he looks innocent, especially in court. Word.
