What to do if being watched......

If one were to not sign for a package and tell the carrier to return to sender,and it isn't in your name,what can and would the authorities be able to do?Need solid advice please this is serious.Thanks bros

I don't think I understand your question. If it is a package that your suppose to recieve and you return it. Then they will come bakc again the next day. I think that's what your asking.

But if I was you I'd just fuckin accept it and if they end up bustin me, I would just say that I did not even look at the name on the package and just signed for it. I mean fuck unless they have proof of you recieving numerous packages under the same name or unless they got you on tape or some shit theres not much they can do

I have recieved some in the past(personal use of course)I was told they are watching now this one is late.The guys at the gym say refuse it,as do most of you...I'd rather be out a couple hundred than go to court.Should I dump my current cycle?Appreciate it fellas.They can't prosicute even if they know i have recieved packages before but refuse this one,right?

Yeah, refusing the package is your best bet. You could also accept the package, and don't open it. If you do get searched, you could simply say you were expecting something else in the mail, and thought this was it. When you recieved the package, you saw it wasn't for you....just don't open it for a couple days to be on the safe side.

If you don't mind the $$ loss, refusing would be the best bet. Just make sure your house/computer are "clean"

If it's not in your name, and you refuse delivery on it, they can't
do anything with the package, there is no hopes to pin it on you.
If they are that far along in setting you up though, they will still
serve warrant and search your dwelling.
