Because of my schedule, I can't make it back from the gym until 9PM to 10PM two days a week. On those days, I manage to eat my dinner about 5:00.
Do I still need to consume a few carbs and protein late at night after those workouts? I don't want to eat a lot that late. Shakes are out because I'm laid off right now and am finding it hard enough to make my gym fees.
So, can someone suggest some light post-workout snacks? By light, I just mean not much to eat--I've already had my dinner.
