Hey guys,
Before I get to my questions, here's a little info about myself. Before I started taking any supplements, I was 6'3 and around 185 pounds, working out reguarly. I did a 12 week cycle (first one ever) consisting off the following:
Week 1-12 - sustanon at 500-600 a week
Week 1-6 - Trenbolone acetate at 100 twice a week (reallllyyyy intense stuff btw lol)
Week 9-12 - whinny at around 50 EOD
For pct, i took Clomid for 31 days along with fish oil, vitamins, and "organ shield" to protect/restore my liver. I dont have any regrets with this cycle, however, i do regret DRINKING ALOCHOL on weekends. Some days i would wake up hungover and miss out on several meals/protein shakes. Today is officialy my last day of PCT. I am currently at about 215 pounts (peaked out at 224 during cycle). I still have most of the gains esp strenght wise, however, the "pumps" arent as big as they used to be, although they are still there.
Now my question, I know I should probably wait around 3 months until my next cycle, but what the heck should I do until then? I going to try and eat as much as possible, and continue working out hardcore, but I really dont want to loose any more weight/size/strenght. I took creatine before and that worked but once I stopped, I instantly lost all my gains.. any suggestions. pleaseeee helppp
