Stay frosty
So, i've got my boxing match in 3 more weeks. I've been training hard, and unfortunately find it really hard to get into the weightroom after training as training takes a lot out of me. I was going to stop lifting for about 3 weeks (til after the fight). And then jump back in head first. What negative effects will the break have? I'm not worried about putting on BF because i'm still being VERY active with my training. Is my muscle tone going to diminish in those few weeks? Should I find a way to get in a couple times a week just to try and keep everything maintained? I still want my all my muscle mass because you've gotta look good
but like I said its really hard to find time to get into the weight room, being i'm a full time student and work 3 times a week.
