Im looking to get all the needed blood tests done before my next cycle. What should I ask to have tested or what kind of tests?

get a Complete Metabolic Panel (gets AST, ALT, BUN, Creatinine), Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) and Testosterone Level at the very least.

To get your liver tested the doc will have to order LFT's

Liver function tests...That will cover everything...

I'm going to have mine done within the next month & I plan on telling her I was on prohormones for a very long time & that my sex drive is down a bit. I'm going to say I've recently heard that ProHormones can have the same side effects & I wnat to have everything tested.

The metabolic will cover you liver and kidneys... You also want to get test/free test... Just tell you want a physical with those test.. Most doctors will do it no problem. after all they get to bill for it.
