what time to take the tabs

im running an anavar and dbol cycle and wanted to know if their is an optimum time to take the tabs. i.e before workout, after etc.
also. im gonna start eating more protein because this is my first cycle and i was wondering if anyone know whether it is safe to eat lots of eggs, say like 4 a day. because i have heard eating the yolk can lead to bad chlorestrol problems later in life. im 5'8 and 165lbs and 19yr old. and have a little too much fat. will the var and dbol help to get rid of these as well as building up muscle.
 
As far as the dbol is concerned make sure you spread out the dose into at least 4 times ed. The half life of dbol is 4 hrs. and less on traning days.
 
dont you wonder how much arimidex and when to take?? and when to start clomid therapy, and the supplements for you liver, and even possible worries about your prostate??those are both 17 aa

arimidex= .25 eod
clomid=find out yourself by searching
liver= lots of milk thistle
kidneys=cranbery capsules
and be on some saw palmento for teh prostate, it cant hurt, unless your doing str8 test i dont think there is a need for proscar. I looks like you need a bit more researching

Hi Rahul. When you eat your eggs why not try having most OF them without the yoke and say one with the yoke? The yoke does contain some protein so shouldnt be thrown away all together. Why not also look at other sources rich in protein? Such as; cottage cheese, peanut butter, tuna etc?
I believe that a woman named R.Jacobs (sp) has written an in depth report on protein values in certain foods.
 
Honestly bro, if you do have fat on you and this is your first cycle, i suggest that you lean up before you try to get bigger. If you want to gain good size besides taking protein you also have to load up on cals!! My first cycle I was stupid and only upped my protein intake and I went from 180 something to 194. I could only imagine how much better gains I could have gotten if I was taking in a lot more cals a day. Granted there would also be more body fat but still I would have had much more muscle mass overall

thanks for the help everyone. couple other questions. peanut butter is about half fat and 25% protein. can all this fat be good for u.

when people say only eat the egg white. do they mean cook them and eat them or just drink them uncooked like in rocky.

ps. tails007, where do i get a copy of this book by r. jacobs. who is it published by. how does this person get so much protein in their diet.

ps i have a copy of my cycle as an excel file . can anyone who know their stuff verify it for me. just to make sure its all good.
 
when they say eat egg whites it means make an omlete with like 2 whole eggs and 6-7 egg whites. crack an egg and separate the yolk from the white. but if you like eat your eggs raw....mmmmm
 
cheers Guiness, one other quest. is it worth taking creatine with my cycle. i will no doubt get great strength gains from the var but will creatine add to these strength gains.
