Hey guys,

just wondering what time you generally take your creatine? I remember need2 posted a huge lot of info on it but what time do you take yours?

I have mine in the morning with a protein shake.

** note i was kinda of the opinion that once it had saturated your muscles it didnt matter THAT much when it was taken

It doesnt really matter at the end of the day IMO.
I take Ancient Strength pre or post
 
Pre workout off cycle only I get stronger every cycle and maintain all my on cycle lifts during pct with creatine
 
creatine??? why are you wasting your time, limiting yourself by taking that shiot?

need2 has MUCH better, more potent products for you to be spending your money on!
 
I take creatine in my oatmeal sprinkled with anavar in the morning, breakfast of champions. :D Then creatine before workout and bcaa's, whey protein, and carbs post workout.

ummmm... you need to do a lil research on creatine before you say something it is not an over hyped supplement like the hundreds that have come and gone in the past 10 years creatine is the real deal buddy...
 
Post workout , the simple carbs in my PWO shake provides the insulin spike .
10g of monohydrate and you are GTG.

ummmmm......the only actual, factual research i have is MY OWN....all creatine did for/to me was make me retain fluid.

wasted money for me.

Monohydrate does the same for me bloats me like anadrol and gives me the shits real bad... I use amplified 189

i dont doubt it bloats. I use a very very small amount.. like not even half a spoon full in a large container to take to the gym instead of drinking whey which i find to upset my stomach and bloat me bigtime.

needto's creatine isn't supposed to be as bloaty as the cheaper stuff. i know he wouldn't sell anything inferior.

i would recommend creatine users to use small amounts, i do think it is much easier to digest then whey especially since most people have a hard time digesting lactose.

yes, moya, i realize that...all i'm saying is: In MY Opinion,for your best value, your best "bang for you buck", there are better routes to go than creatine.

i am in no way questioning the quality of need2's products.
 
RNCH what the hell is that OWNED thing behind ur text it sucks for me to read.. Anyway ima about to thread jack so sorry in advance any way is there enough creatine in a pre workout drink or should i be adding extra during the day just curious on this.. Any info would be cool
 
Preworkout and postworkout. I just take spoonfuls of it.

i hear that but thats another thing about Ancient Strength i love..i dont have to worry about making another supss drink or adding to ruin the taste of my protein shake

ancient strength comes in tablet form..love it !
 
i use sci-fit kre-alkalyn
no loading,no bloat,no cycling off.
its the only kind of creatine that doesn't upset my stomach.
I've had very bad reactions to monohydrate.
I take it in the morning with breakfast and pwo.
 
none of the above.. I take it during the workout to fuel my muscles and after to feed them.

that is a great idea...while your taking carbs and hydrolyzed whey during work! Since your muscles take you glucose without the help of insulin during workout taking creatine would be a good idea.

Other ways is to take it with carbs and take nutrition shufflers like recompadrol or need2slin before the meal.

or take it after you take insulin...like humulin-r.
