Ok, I been a gym rate for many years,not as many as some of you of course, but the lingo on this board crazy. I was just going through the "lower ab thread" and im hearing crab hops,frog lifts,pikachu leg lift with one hand over your face,toe crunches....ok seriously,I cant remember the names of what was said but is there some type of glossary one can go to to figure out what these work outs are? I went to the sticky "start here" but I might have missed something. At this point im looking for the lingo on abs but is there somewhere to visit that would have a discription of each exercise for all different muscles. Some of the names are just weird to me. Am I alone on this?
