Ok, I been a gym rate for many years,not as many as some of you of course, but the lingo on this board crazy. I was just going through the "lower ab thread" and im hearing crab hops,frog lifts,pikachu leg lift with one hand over your face,toe crunches....ok seriously,I cant remember the names of what was said but is there some type of glossary one can go to to figure out what these work outs are? I went to the sticky "start here" but I might have missed something. At this point im looking for the lingo on abs but is there somewhere to visit that would have a discription of each exercise for all different muscles. Some of the names are just weird to me. Am I alone on this?
 
nah ive been lost a few times...i usually just go to google and search it, usually under images but if its something with pikachu in it id usually just search the sites...
 
I'm pretty sure there is a book on core training floating around that is very popular here and has really benefited a lot of people in their lifting (the core is what ties your upper and lower bodies together and allows one to recruit the body's full strength). You might want to PM CasualBB if no one sees this as the title of the thread doesn't really convey what you are looking for.
 
Eat big, that is EXACTLY what I was looking for, that is awesome. I been in the gym for 9 years and still learning, never ending battle, what I thought I knew years ago, is not what I need to know now!
