that book is pretty good, but lets just say, you'll need some "supplements " to keep up with that regimen.
I mean basically you INDIRECTLY woring out muscles like the arms, and delts every day with all that deadlifting, close bench pressing, push presses.
when you on its fine.........but heed my advice when you come "off"
you will not have the recuperative powers, that you have now.
so when you make the adjustments
do something like this.( when your "off" supplements that is)
1 chest, delts, tris
2legs
3 back, bis, abs
4 off
