I have been on Arnolds program with a buddy for a little over a month now...good gains, very vascular these days...some say its over training,

but it's doing my body good...

Back in the day of my high ephedrine usage I used to do that old phyco Dan Duchaine workout! It wasnt from Bodyopus but one of his old gear books. Dam I can't remember the name of it. Some sort of Russian Name. But the sets were seconds inbetween them. And the workouts were about a solid half hour. It cut me up big time, but I literally would pass out after the workouts! Just thinking about it again makes me want to hurl some Protein Powder! :sick:

JUST DID ONE TODAY...GOT TO SEND PICS TO MY HONEY SO .....HER IT GOES

all execises...have only a 30 second rest, for water consumption, and streching.

4 sets of dubbell flys.

4 sets of deadlifts (straight legged)

4 sets of pushups till failure

4 sets of incline dbell curls

4 sets of cable flys

4 sets of 1 arm dumbell curl

3 sets of oblique crunches
3 sets of lower ab crunches
3 sets of upper ab crunches

2 sets of pushups to absolute failure.

i do this workout twice a week, and do a shoulder/back/ tricep workout in the middle of the week.

i run 6 miles outside 3 times a week.on the days I do not lift

Saturday is relegated to fun, and eating , and dating
 
This is what im hitting six days a week, three of them super heavy

Shoulders
Barbell Clean and Press
Dumbell Lateral RAises

Power Training
Heavy Upright Rows 10,6,4
Push Presses 6,4,2

Lower Back
Straight leg Deadlifts
Good mornings

Upper Arms
Standing Barbell Curls
Seated Dumbell Curls
Close grip presses
Standing Tricep Extensions

Forearms
wrist curls
reverse wrist curls

Abs reverse crunch 5/25



Monday Wednesday Friday

Chest
Bench Press
Incline Press
Pull overs

Back
Chin-ups total 50
Bent over rows

Deadlifts 3 sets to failure

Legs
Squats
Lunges Leg Curls
Calves 5/15

Abs 5/15
 
thats right out of Arnold bookie.

that book is pretty good, but lets just say, you'll need some "supplements " to keep up with that regimen.

I mean basically you INDIRECTLY woring out muscles like the arms, and delts every day with all that deadlifting, close bench pressing, push presses.

when you on its fine.........but heed my advice when you come "off"

you will not have the recuperative powers, that you have now.

so when you make the adjustments

do something like this.( when your "off" supplements that is)

1 chest, delts, tris
2legs
3 back, bis, abs
4 off
