What the hell!? My muscles are getting smaller?

I'm currently on Deca only cycle starting week 6 tommorrov (400mg week). At the start of cycle my arms were 39cm allmost 16 inch. During cycle my arms have gone up to 40cm=16inch cold. Today i had back/bicep workout and after 2-3 hours of workout i meassured my amrs! They were just bit down 16 inch. Why is that?

Btw i train heavy duty style, high intensity and low volume 3 times week. I do 2-3 sets with heavy weights, well sometimes 4 sets :) For exable on preacher curl my first set i go on to failure on 6-8 rep. I nearly allways go to the failure before 10 reps. I cant believe that i'm overtrained, because i have been training 4 times per week high intesity on natural and never had this problem.

I didnt expect much muscle gains on this cycle, but i didnt expect muscle loss either :mad:

Well on august i do REAl test cycle, perhaps then i grow like hell.

Hows your strength? is it up? Maybe some fat loss bro. How long you been on ? 2-3 hours training on one body part sounds like over training to me, maybe I just read your post wrong. And for mass I think one body part per week, training at least 4 days per week will yeild more than 3 days a week?

Well did mean that 2-3 hours after i finished my workout. My workouts are under hour. Yes my strenght is up. bench press is up 25 pounds and shuolder press 55 pounds.

My problem is that i do shift work and have most of weeks i cant train more than 3 times. And heavy duty method should be good for muscle mass.

What other bro's think about Heavy Duty?
 
i believe he was talking about 2-3 hours AFTER the workout, i think.
it is definitely fat loss. when you build muscle, you burn fat FIRST. after that process is over, you'll start seeing some size in the arms. workout with very heavy weight. why dont you buy some more juice such as test and winstrol or anavar and add it to the as soon as you get it to make your cycle longer which is more will power to work your muslces 101% effort.

i am doing site injections right now in my bicep with 1ml of winstrol in each everyday and that really works. just have to burn that fat first if you want to build that permanent muscle

Originaly i planned this cycle to be Deca/winny and some clen and eca. However my source could not delivery those other goodies. I'm ordering some T3, clen and Prop to loose fat at the ene of this cycle.

I will do mass cycle on august. Enathate/Eq/propionate.

I just hate my poor 16 inch arms! My goal is get at least 18 inches :D Dont take me wrong, offcourse i wanna have big body overall and not just arms ;)

I guess it has to be something other than muscle burn. Well soon i take my night time protein shake and sleep and measure tomorov again.

Any experiences of ehavy Duty?

Btw my back and bicep are damns sore, but then again it feels good. :D
 
by the way, that is why it is good to condition yourslf before a cycle, therefore working out atleast 2-3 months before you start that way the process is already finished so you can go straight to biulding that muscle.
how long were you working out before you started. quiting for a month doesnt count.. peace,

Well i have trained about 2 years and on spring i had little problems with my hands. I had 2 months on on off. I started good training again 3 weeks before cycle.
 
don't worry about it man....it's probably just fat loss. Just keep doing what you're doing and see if you get a little more cut after a while....then you'll know for sure
 
I have found that after a hard workout, after my pump has gone away, the bodypart is actually smaller than it was before the workout started. Of course it eventually grows back bigger, but that same day it is temporarily smaller.
How often are you working each bodypart? I have cut back to working each bodypart once weekly and am growing well.
