to my understanding its an event/venue geared towards gays, drags, etc... for example circuitmom will be in town in the near future. they have a schedule of shows and appearances in which they host these "circuit parties".

Circuit parties are geared towards gays. There are parties in NYC and South Beach such as the White party, Black party, Winter party and such. Pretty wild times.
