What the hell. Adderall makes me fall asleep?

Ihave taken aderall about 4 times in the past 2 months. And every time i got drowsy and tired. What the fuck is that about? The first 2 times, they were the same batch. I got a couple from my frined and took them on 2 different occasions. I figured he gave me something else, so i got some from my buddy who has a prescription. I saw them come out of the bottle, so i know what they were. Again, drowsy. What gives?

It means you are add or adhd. My son takes them and it mellows him out big time.

Adderall if you didn't know (but probably do) is an amphetamine. Add and Adhd people take it so that it overloads their brain receptors responsible for hyperactivity (inability to pay attention to something for very long, better known as being inatentive or having no patience for something as well as not being able to concentrate) By overloading the receptors that respond to stuff like caffeine, or speed, etc you basically nullify the effect produced by something like speed since the problem is that someone with add or adhd is getting more of the natural stimulant to these receptors than someone who is not add or adhd.

Great. so i have this. I honestly have thought i do for a while. I never pay attention to shitunless it really interests me. My mom was always just like "no you dont. dont be silly".
