Hey bro,,don't even fucking worry about it. For the past week and a half i've been tha same.
i work out regularly at least 4 days a week.
In tha last 2 weeks i've worked out about 4 times.
My diet was shit, i hate all shitty foods, 39 cent cheeseburgers, 89 cent chickenmcnuggets, sodas, chips, fries, chocolate, stupid bullshit like that,,i had like maybe 2 protein shakes in those 2 weeks.... this is why i do it.. my brain starts thinking " hey just start a perfect program once you get all your stuff (gear/supplements/food) , once you got everything you need, you'll start a perfect plan and become "perfect" again" But the thing is sometimes it takes weeks until i recieve all my shit and in those weeks of waiting i go to waist, Does anyone else do this too?
Anyways bro,, i got all my shit..I KID YOU NOT , in the last 2 fucking days i've been doing everything perfectly (knock on wood) , i've lost 2lbs of fat, maintained a perfect diet, workout like an animal, fantastic fucking pumps, great posing routines in tha bathroom of tha gym, everythings been great for tha past two days, you'll over come it too.
Just be tough,,i'm never pulling this "ill start a perfect program when i get all my shit , but for now ill just fuck around" bullshit ever again (knock on wood).
There is no specific perfect time to start anything, it's always perfect, just stay focused.
