What the heck is wrong with me?

I have never lost my drive to workout, or eat right... It seems like for the past week, my diet has gone to hell, and I can't seem to make myself get to the gym. I have worked out 3 days this week.. rather half-assed. Does anyone ever get like this? Should I take some time off or just train through it? I haven't drank a protein shake in 3 days and i feel fat and lazy.
 
Are you just coming off a cycle ? I felt like that about 3-4 weeks after I came off my cycle. I took a week off and tried to relax but still eat right and then when i got back in to the gym the next week I had a great workout. Also you could try and E/C/A stack for a little "pick up" Good Luck bro!

sounds like you overtrained, if you did thats the effect it will have on you. I would take a week off, change your workout a little, and get back in.
 
Yep it happens bro once a year I get that way !Nothing wrong with taking a break ,you might of over trained.I am the worst for that, I love the pump so much and with gear I think I recover faster than I really do!
 
well my sleep has been less lately but not so much as to effect me this bad.. i usually get 9-10 hours a night and here lately i am getting 7-8..
 
sounds like your overtrained to me then. Here's what I do when that happens to me, even though I'm not sick, go get some nightquill, take it for a week everynight before you go to bed, this knocks me out cold, and helps me get good sleep. After a week of rest from lifting, I'm ready to go again, I feel brand new. Don't get to discouraged if your weights dropped a little, you will get back up quick, hope it works, later
 
thanks guys.. it just pisses me off because i can tell i've lost weight, just in slacking off this small amount of time. i am afraid to weigh myself. but i will take a week off and see what happens.
 
Hey bro,,don't even fucking worry about it. For the past week and a half i've been tha same.

i work out regularly at least 4 days a week.

In tha last 2 weeks i've worked out about 4 times.

My diet was shit, i hate all shitty foods, 39 cent cheeseburgers, 89 cent chickenmcnuggets, sodas, chips, fries, chocolate, stupid bullshit like that,,i had like maybe 2 protein shakes in those 2 weeks.... this is why i do it.. my brain starts thinking " hey just start a perfect program once you get all your stuff (gear/supplements/food) , once you got everything you need, you'll start a perfect plan and become "perfect" again" But the thing is sometimes it takes weeks until i recieve all my shit and in those weeks of waiting i go to waist, Does anyone else do this too?

Anyways bro,, i got all my shit..I KID YOU NOT , in the last 2 fucking days i've been doing everything perfectly (knock on wood) , i've lost 2lbs of fat, maintained a perfect diet, workout like an animal, fantastic fucking pumps, great posing routines in tha bathroom of tha gym, everythings been great for tha past two days, you'll over come it too.

Just be tough,,i'm never pulling this "ill start a perfect program when i get all my shit , but for now ill just fuck around" bullshit ever again (knock on wood).

There is no specific perfect time to start anything, it's always perfect, just stay focused.

A buddy and I both got the same tired & nautisi symptons after we started Nor-200, and I still kinda have it. We train twice a day though. I will give the Ni-Quil a try and see if that helps.


I will post my two week update photos on Tuesday.
