I would suggest a ziplok bag, since it will flatten and allow for more surface area to be in touch with your own body heat.

If the place doing the test has any common sense, they would have someone in the bathroom with you to ensure you are not bringing in someone elses pee. I know most do use a monitor. Also, the temperature strip they put on the sample cups will more than likely not be at the correct temperature if you bring in the pee. but give it a try i suppose.
