didn't know supps were so important.. seeing many threads these days with people taking tons of supplements wondering why.. thanks for advice..

No reason to take a lot of extreme stuff, especially when you are on steroids. Unless you are Jay Cutler and you got supp. companies throwing them at you, there is no reason to go out and buy all that crap.
