what supps do you take everyday..

didn't know supps were so important.. seeing many threads these days with people taking tons of supplements wondering why.. thanks for advice..
 
Protein, whey postworkout, casein for any other time in the day
Multivitamin
Joint
Vitamin E and C

Glutamine would probably be a good one to add, but I am too cheap to go get some.
 
Multi-Vitamin
Extra Vitamin C & Zinc
Lycopene
Whey protein Isolate
Creatine,off and on.
Tyler Liver Detox when on oral AAS.
 
i use to take everything under the sun at one time.whey protien,creatine,glutamine,tribulus,vanadyl sulfate,pumptech,no2,multi vitamins.i mean i spent more on supplements then my test cycle! lol any way i always wonderd if i was wasting my money? so i stopped taking all that stuff and just ate healthy foods and guess what? i didnt lose any muscle or strength! i only lost a thick layer of water and my bloated fealing! i still got stronger and bigger and leaner! i am a firm believer in getting all your dietary needs from food! i think supplements are over rated! just my opinion.

Good point. A waste of money and they are taxing on the body. Taking so many pills is hard on the body to breakdown each one, especially when you throw steroids into it. No reason to take a lot of extreme stuff, especially when you are on steroids. Unless you are Jay Cutler and you got supp. companies throwing them at you, there is no reason to go out and buy all that crap.

ya i agree! if you can get your daily protien and other nutritional needs from your food source its even better for you. i do understand some times people dont have the time to eat properly and dont want to miss meals,so i can understand using supplements then. but if you can food is the way to go!
 
physically impossible to take in 250 + grams of protein without some sort of supplement. You'd have to eat all day long.
