What supps are you taking right now?

Mega Mans - 7 - Good multi-vits...enough said.
Fish oil - 9 - Standard usage in any supps.
Milk thistle - 8 - keep the liver in-tact so it can absorb everything i put in
Mega Gainer (Dymatize) - 8 - low calorie weight gainer, easy on the fat intake, blends well
Super250 (Gapari) - 10 - love this shit, always wakes me up when im sleepy before working out, good muscle pumps
BCAA 5050 (Dymatize) - 8 - tastes like shit...i guess i should be mixing it, instead of straight powder in my mouth
Mono Creatine - 6 - for post workout shakes
L-Glutamine - 6 - right before i go to bed...insure my muscle recovery

Im gonna add in some B.I.G. REM sleep matrix in pretty soon...i hear good stuff about it
 
I take 1 x True Mass (BSN) with 1/2 litre trim milk half hour before my work outs with 6 x Creatine Gells (Pro Flite) and 6 x Mega No2 pills (Pro Flite) with 6 x BCAA'S pills (Dymatize).
After my workout I have 1 cup oats with another 6 BCAA's 2 x Mega No2 and 2 Creatine Caps. please note I train at 5.30am Throughout the day I will have another 2 protien shakes and 3 meals and sometimes consisting of chicken on rice,Tuna and rice, I squeez in a Syntha 6 (BSN) half hour befor bed and sometimes get up at about 3.30am like this mornings starving so I have another syntha 6 and go back to bed.

In terms of rating the supplements Im happy with the results Ive gained over 4 kilos lean mass over a 12 weeks and my body fat % is around 8.6% year round so no compaints.

Carlson's Finest fish oil (lemon) - 15 grams daily

Trueprotein Ion Exchange Whey Isolate - 2 60 gram shakes a day

TP Waxy Maize/TP Instantized BCAA - upon waking and Post workout

GABA 5 grams before bed.

Amp02 10 caps every workout

Lipoflame 2 caps when needed for extra energy

Green tea - 1/2 gallon a day

Primordial Performance CLA EE - 5 grams 2x day

RawMCC Creatine - 5 grams daily
